Turkey/Turkey Crown

Pre-heat oven to 190˚C (170˚C fan assisted), 375F, gas mark 5. Season and cover with foil.

A traditionally produced farm fresh turkey will cook beautifully without the need for basting. Remove foil 30 minutes before full cooking time to allow the Turkey to brown.

To test your turkey is cooked, pierce thigh with a fork or skewer; the juices should run clear.

Turkey Breast Roast/Boneless Turkey

Pre-heat oven to 190˚C (170˚C fan assisted), 375F, gas mark 5.

Smear turkey with fat and season. Cover with foil. 30 minutes before the full cooking time, remove the foil to allow the Turkey to brown.
