Your details will be used on an internal company system to record an order. On collection of your order your details will be used from this system to match your product.

We might need to use your details for our authorised staff to contact you regarding your order.

When placing your order online via our website, your email address provided, will be used to send you a confirmation.

We will only contact you with sales information, if you have opted in and subscribed to our mailing list from the homepage of our website. Customers can “unsubscribe” at any time either by clicking the link on the email received.

Holding personal data

We will keep your personal data internally in our company records/order books for a period of 7 years. Thereafter, records will be securely destroyed.
